Tho cricket match between the Marylebone team and an eleven of Australia was continued yesterday in tho presence of 10,000 spectators. The Englishmen, who had lost eight wickets for 236 on Friday, ended their first innings for a total of 267. The innings lasted 322 minutes. Douglas (101 not out) gave an exhibition of brilliant batting for 267 minutes. The bowling and fielding of the Australians were good. The Australians opened their first innings poorly, losing four wickets for 32. Trumpor, Minnett, Kelleway, and Crawford then batted splendidly, and when stumps weio drawn the score stood at 277 for eight wickets.
