PROPOSAL TO OMIT CLAUSE 23. tty Telegraph.—Prose Association —CopyrightLONDON, December 7. In the report stage of the Naval Prize Bill, Mr L. Atherley-Jones, Liberal member for North-West Durham, moved to omit clause 28. Mr Basil Pete, Conservative member for YVilts, commented on the fact that Hayti and San Domingo will be represented in the International Court, while Australia and New Zealand are not deemed worthy. Tho clause was an insult to the Dominions.
