CHINESE REVOLT
COURT READY FOR FIGHT REVOLUTION ABIES CAPTURE MORE TOWNS. COURT PREPARED FOB FLIGHT. PEKIN, October 26. Tang Shao-yi lias been appointed {Minister of Communications. The court is prepared for flight. ‘ It is reported that the revolutionaries have captured Tsinan-fu, capital of the province of Sluin-tung, Chen Chau, Nan-chang, capital of the province of Kiang-si, Kwei-lin, capital of Ivvangsi province, and Sukau. General Yin Chang, commanding the Imperial Forces, has left Siaokan, and gone* southwards.
