SCOTTISH SOCIETY.
Tho Scottish Society of Wellington held a social evening at the New Century Rail last night, the building being filled in all porta. Tho following contributed to tho programme.—Misses Smith, Daisy McLellan, Mosdames H, F. Ash, Masterton, J. Collins, Messrs J. Cathcart, T. Newton, D. Pringle and Masterton, The Rev- J. GIL Bon-Smith spoke on “Some Queer Characters.'’
