DRIVING -WITHOUT LIGHTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. MELBOURNE, July 29. Air John Fisher, jimr., a well-known manufacturer, was killed while driving a motor-car- without lights. The car crashed into a spring-cart. The driver of the cart and. a passenger in the motor-car were slightly injured.
