PRESS ASSOCIATION. OAMABU. July 14. Mr A. ij Herdman, M.P. for VV ellington North, addressed a large meeting in the Opera House this evening, in tho interests of the Reform party. Ho met with a good reception. At the close of the address the following resolution was carried with one dissentient-'‘That the residents of North Otago in public meeting assembled express the opinion that the time has arrived when, in. the interests of wise legislation and sound administration, prompt steps should -be taken by tho people of the Dominion to remove tho present Government from office."' -
