A HAREM SKIRT DIFFICULTY
Wo are afraid that the advocates of the harem skirt will fail because they have not appreciated the inner conservatism of woman says the “Westminster Gazette.” The harem skirt demands a revolution in ’the mysteries of the toilet, ■Woman, for some inscrutable reason, lias always put on her skirt over her head. That is not possible with the garment which is seme times hold to belong to man. And the change of habit will be more difficult to achieve than would be the change of costume.
