RECREATION AND SHOOTING RESERVE

Recently, Mr A. F. Simtnonds made application to the Lands Department for an area of the Crown land on the northern foreshore of Lake Wairnrapa. At yesterday’s meeting of the Land Board it was decided to advise Mr Simmonds that as the land in that locality is retained for a recreation and shooting reserve it is not proposed to dispose of it.
