GERMAN SYNDICATE AND AMERICAN BUYERS. By Telcffraph.—Press Association—Copyright BERLIN, May 22. The German potash syndicate and American buyers have signed, a settlement of tfie long-standing dispute arising out of the tariff amendments, under which American firms purchasing under old contracts, were heavily penalised.
