MILITARY PLACARDS
On tho recommendation of the bylaws committee the City Council hist night decided that the Defence Department be notified that it is committing a breach of the law in posting notices on telegraph and electric Light poles throughout the city, and that the immediate removal of such notices be insisted upon.
