CHAPLAINS’ UNIFORMS

Regulations issued under the Defence Act of last session state that chaplains .will not provide themselves with a uniform, but will wear a scarf to denote ■ their callintr. This regulation is being modified somewhat. Chaplains at present serving may wear a • uniform, but in future appointments this will not be the case. The whole object of the regulation is to cave the chap'ains tho cost of providing expensive uniforms.
