Territorials or Senior Cadets, and who are, being registered byunit lists. These are estimated to account for 12,000 - Territorials ■ and 5500 Senior Cadets, or a total of 17,500. To tho week ended May 13th, 34*,730 registered, to which must bo added 17*500, making 52,230 accounted for. As about 71,000 are liable, 18,770 must register before June 2nd next or becomp liable'to penalties .under the Act.
