RAILWAY TRADESMEN
The Minister for Hallways (Hon. J. A. Jlillar) privately received a deputation, last night from the Wellington Trades and Labour Council and Plumbers’ Union, its object being to secure'an improvement in the wages and other conditions of plumbers employed by the Pailway Department, so as to bring them into line with Arbitration Court awards applying to "outside workers.
