FIRST- LIST OF DONATIONS. Subsc-riptxans for (he Northern' Kiangsu and Anhui Famine Fund received by the Chinese Consul for New Zealand (Mr Yuug-liang Hwang) dated from January •Ith to 12th. 1911, are as follow. Further donations will be received until January 20th at the Chinese Consulate, Dumcil avenue, off Park street, Wellington.
Chinese residents of the Dominion are being appealed to through the. Chinese weeklies published in Sydney and Melbourne, and it is expected that they will make a generous response when their countrymen's needs are realised. When the list is completed, Mr Hwang will cabl a number, of representative Wellington citizens together to determine the allocation of the fund.
