Sir,—For some time past I have beeu wondering why it is that a band—string, brass, tin-can, or anything else—does not accompauv the excursion steamers to Pictftu. Surely the Union Company can see iU "way clear to engage the services of some band, and 1 am sure that the passengers would thoroughly appreciate the innovation.—l am, etc., A NT! MONOTONY.
