SUMMARY AND FORECAST. The weather has been generally warm and humid —gloomy and wet in the far north on Saturday, but fine in most other parts. Westerly winds increased on Sunday, with rain, especially in the south, where an area of low pressure controlled the weather. The present indications are for rain in all parts of the country, snow on higher levels, and colder weather generally. Strong southerly winds, rising in the south, and westerlies, changing bo southerlies, elsewhere shortly. „ _ _ . D. C. BATES.
