ACTION REPUDIATED

NATIONALIST MEMBER ASKED TO RESIGN. CONSTITUENTS ANNOYED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LO'NDOiN, February 15. Mr Lawrence Ginnell, Nationalist M.P. for North "Westaneath, has been invited by his constituents to re-sign his seat in Parliament in consequence of his action in connection with the recent private meeting at Dublin of the Irish Parliamentary party. At a meeting of his constituents at which this decision was reached, it was also decided to repudiate Mr Ginnell's action altogether. The incident referred to occurred last week, whon Mr Ginnell was forcibly ejected from the Dublin meeting for insisting on the submission and examination of accounts. He afterwards complained to an interviewer that there had been an unauthorised distribution of the party's money, one set using the funds to attack and undermine another set of the same party.
