Coloured blouses must invariably match a coloured gown to tho fraction of a semi-tone, and the result is undoubtedly rjreat gain to the short and i?bout woman, wno unconsciously made all defects t?f figure glaringly evident: by the process of dividing herself into two portion®, so to speak.
