MAIN TRUNK LEAGUE. deputations to , ministers. A deputation, representing the South Island Main Trunk Railway League is to wait on the Premier and tho Minister for Railways this morning to urge the necessity of the completion of the line between Seddon and Domett. The deputation will consist of the following delegates from bodies interested:—Marlborough Land and Railway League, Messrs R. Goultor, Bishell, F. Shaw, and Holdsworth: Blenheim Borough Council, Messrs R. McCallum (Mayor), and Bobone; Pioton Borough Council, Mr G. Maitland (Mayor); Marlborough A. and P. Society, Mr K. McArtncy; Picton Road Board, Mr D. Chaytor; Kaikoura County Council, Messrs Benner, Monk, and Boyd; Kaikoura Railway League, Messrs F. Parsons, Davidson; Kaikoura A. and P. Society, Messrs S. Andrew, W. Trolove, R. T. Pope, and Davidson; Cheviot County Council, Messrs T. Gee and T. Wilkinson; Cheviot Railway League, Messrs P. Sullivan, J. Evans, and E. D. Giles; Christchurch Chamber of Commerce, Mr H. J. Marriner: Spring Crock Road Board. Messrs •T. Redwood and Murray; Omaka Rood Board, Mr R. .1. Boll; A waters Rood Board, Mr P. Meehan; Wairau Road Board, Mr J. Boyce; Pelorns Road Board, Messrs H. Reader and Nees; Flnxbonrne Settlers' Association, Mr Lee.

The deputation will bo introduced hy the Hon. C. H. Stills and Mr A. W. Rutherford, M.P. The principal spokesmen will be Messrs R. Gonlter and H. J. Marrinor.
