THE ARBITRATION BILL.
PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 CHRISTCHURCH, September 27. The Hon. J. A. Millar. M’nirter of Labour, passed through Christchurch tonight on his way to Wellington. Interviewed by a member of the "Press” staff ho said :—"The provisionsof the Arbitration Bill are evidently misunderstood hr sorno unionists.
