(Received April 8. 10.23 p.m.) •BUCHAREST, April 8, Sovonty-nino members of the crew of the battleship Potemkin, on which the mutiny occurred in the Black Sea in 1905, and who have since been living in Roumania, have been arrested . 1 They have publicly declared that Roumanian array officers were responsible for the recent revolt among the peasants.
