Stolypin, his Ministers, and the Metropolitan of St. Petersburg, urges the people to rise up and sweep them away. LONDON, April 5. Cartridges to the number of 35,000, packed in a case marked “Mechanical toys,” were discovered in Sunderland. It' is believed they were intended for the use of the Russian revolutionaries.
