THE MIKADO'S NAVY.
FIGHTING SHIPS OF THE FUTURE. (Received October 31, 0.53 a.m.) TOKIO, October 30. Japanese naval experts have decided that in future battleships shall have a displacement of 22,000 tons and a speed of 24 knots, and shall bo armed with 4.12 in guns. Cruisers are to have a displacement of 15,000 tons and a speed of 25 knots.
