TAXATION IN GERMANY.
BIG INCREASE FORESHADOWED. (Received October 31, 0.55 a.m.) BERLIN, October 30. Fresh demands for the German navy and the heavy costs incurred in dealing with the native risings in Africa are expected to necessitate new taxation amounting to from seven and a half to ton million pounds.
