OVERAWING THE SULTAN.
ACTION BY THE POWERS. (Received October 27, 1 a.m.) LONDON, October 26. Tho Russian Black Sea squadron, under Admiral Birileif, has gone to the coast, of Anatolia, Asia Minor, it is surmised to bo in readiness for a Macedonian demonstration. It is affirmed at Vienna that tho Powers are unanimous. It is semi-officially declared that Germany has done, and is doing, her utmost to induce the Sultan to accept the Powers’ scheme of financial control in Macedonia.
