AFFAIRS IN MOROCCO.
LONDON, April 12. The French declare that the Sultan has accepted the principle of the introduction of reforms, the proposals of M. do Taillander (leader of the French mission) having been discussed in detail. Herr Tattenhaoh, the temporary German Charge d’Affaires, has been instructed to negotiate with the Sultan direct.
