INVESTIGATION OF REGENT CHARGES. ■ LONDON, April 5. The directors of the Great Boulder Perseverance Company requested Sir John Bonser (a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, and formerly Chief Justice in the Straits Settlements and Ceylon) to investigate tho charges made hy tho Commission in West * Australia regarding matters connected with, the mine. Sir John Bonser reported that after examining the directors and auditors ho found no ground for the suggestion that any members of the present board had been guilty of improper conduct in reference to the mine.
