RECOMMENDATIONS OP ROYAL COMMISSION. ' LONDON, April 5. Tho Royal Commission appointed by the Government, of which Lord Elgin is chairman, to consider the matters in, dispute between the Scottish Churches recommends that th“ religious funds he treated as trust funds, the Free Church to be only allowed to enjoy sufficient to enable it to adequately discharge its trust obligations. Til© Free Church complains that its adherents have been boycotted by the United Free Church.
