THE IRISH LAND BILL.

PASSED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. (Received Julv 22, 11.54 p.m.) LONDON. July 22. Tho Irish Land Bill has been read a third time in tbs House of Commons by 317 votes to 20. Mr J. E. Redmond complimented Mr Wyndham, Chief Secretary for Ireland, on the passage of the Bill, which, ho said, was a good one, and likely to bring pence and prosperity to Ireland. Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman declared that the Bill was the result of a social and political revolution.
