LONDON, July 21. It is stated with some authority that there will bo a postponement of tho Papal election to enable Cardinal Moran, to participate in it. On tho other hand, it is alleged that such a step is extremely unlikely, if not impossible. (Received July 22. 11.5-1 p.rn.) ROME, July 22. It is expected that tho Conclave to elect a successor will meet at Romo on tho 31st inst., all Cardinals of the Church attending except Cardinal Moran, who is now on the way from Australia. Tho nows of Pope Leo’s death reached Cardinal Moran just before he embarked on the steamer Oroya on his way to Romo. His Eminence was deeply affected. ■
