Fifteen thousand of the textile workers of Philadelphia, whid' treat an strike have obtaiaod their demands from the employers. Ninety thousand .others hare now struck. AW the ingrain carpet-mills are ait a standstill. The employers threaten to dlosie the mills for a year.
