(Received -February C, 0.54 a.m.) LONDON, February 5. In connection with the association recently inaugurated by tho Duko of Sutherland with tho object of promoting the formation of associations to inquire into the question of food supply in war time, the Duko presided at a largo meeting whereat an association was duly formed. A deputation was appointed to interview tho Government on the subject. _ Lord Strathcona (High Commissioner for Canada) said it would be a groat relief to the Motherland and tho colonies if measures for the security of food supply in war time were initiated.
