PRESS ASSOCIATION. NEAV PLYMOUTH, February 4. The first annual meeting of tho North Taranaki Rifle Association commenced to-day, in fine weather. Competitors are present from all parts of tho province, including Lieutenant Okey, of last year’s Bisley team, and Taylor, an old Auckland marksman. In the AVaitara Match, 500 and GOO yards, 10 shots at each. Corporal White, 88 points, was first. Lieutenant Paterson, 87, being second, and Corporal Armitage, 85, third. There were twentythree competitors. DUNEDIN, February 4. Tho thirty-second annual- prize-firing meeting of the Otago Rifle Association, was begun this afternoon at -the Pelichet Bay range, and is to be continued everyday till Saturday.
