RELAXATION OF RESTRICTIONS
i (Received February 5, 1.10 a.m.) BERLIN, February 4. Count von Bulow, the Prussian Premier, speaking in tho Reichstag, said tho Government did not approve the proposal to allow Jesuit settlements, but, lie added, it was no longer necessary to s-übjoct individuals to exceptional laws because they were members of that order.
