PROSECUTION FOR ALLEGED LIBEL. BERLIN, November 30. The prosecution of tho newspaper “ Vorwacrts ” for libel in imputing immorality against tho late Herr Ivrupp at Capri lias commenced. Tho editor alleges that tho statement respecting Herr Krupp is absolutely true, and complains that tho Emperor is prejudicing tho case. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a German painter named Christian AHers, a resident of Capri, for offences ho falsely attributed to Herr Krupp. Aliens lias disappeared.
