IRISH DIFFICULTIES
LONDON, April 11
Tho Irish Union Alliance has presented a memorial to Lord Salisbury urging the Government to maintain order and suppress sedition in Ireland. Mr Lynch, the former Boer officer who was elected last year for Galway, is still absent from tho Kingdom. He has, however, secured at Kilrush decrees against bis tenants for non-payment of rent.
