LONDON, March 6. Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman, in a speech at the National Liberal Club, said the Rosehoryites were not true friends of Liberalism if they constituted themselves a separate organisation, hostile to the central authority of tho party, and fought the section which had all tho power. Earl Spencer, who has been a member of several Liberal Governments, speaking at Eastbourne, Sussex, said he declined to abandon Home Rule.
