THE LICENSING BILL.
DUNEDIN, Octobr 21. At a meeting of the Council of the Churches it was resolved to protest against the proposals in the Licensing Bill now before the House to empower the Colo nial. Secretary to grant licenses in respect to special places for the convenience of tourists' traffic.
