Admiral Do Horsey, in a letter to “Tho Timcsl” agrees with Admiral Lcrainc’.s statement that the British flag is good enough for the whole Empire, lie adds that any other flag, n Q matter how emblematic, must bo inferior to that of the Empire. Tho Admiral is also opposed to tho absolute equality of the two flags, as desired by both Motherland and Com„ monwcalth.
