DECISION OF TH E - COURTMARTIAL. (Received February I’B. 0.50 a.m.) LONDON, February 27. The, court-martial which inquired into] the Joss of xI.M. cruiser Sybilio at Saldanlm Bay. north of Capetown, lias made known its decision. It has sentenced Lieutenant and Navi, gating Officer Hubert Tf. Holbuit • and Lieutenant' Herbert Cayley lo lose two years’ seniority, ;ind bo dismissed the ship and reprimanded. It ordered. Gunner dames J. Tapper ! o lose si:: months’ .seniority. and be dismissed the ship a.nd reprimanded. It also ordered Sub-Lieutenant Alfred G. A. Street to be reprimanded.
