FRICTION AMONG THE LIBERALS. AN INVITATION TO LORD ROSEBERY. ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. (Received November 16, 10.46 p.m.) LONDON, November 16. Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman, leader of the Liberal party, speaking at Dundee, derided! the Liberal Imperialists, who he said, were no- better than Liberal Unionists. Ho declared that the door was always open to Lord Rosebery to return as leader of the whole" Liberal party. ' The Right Hon it. W. Hanbury, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, has been appointed President of tjie Board of Agriculture, in place of the Right Hon W. H. Long, mr Hanbury will have a seat in the Cabinet.
