THE PACIFIC CABLE.
SYDNEY. June 22. The Hon Mr Cook, who was Post-master-General in the' late Reid Ministry, urged in the Legislative Assembly last night Cuat combined pressure should be brought to boar by the colonics upon the Imperial Government in reference to the Pacific .cable,, otherwise nothing would bo done.The Postmaster-General (Hon AY. P. Crick) said the matter was under consideration. Nothing would be done without consulting Parliament.
