FRIDAY, JUNE 22. The Speaker took the chair at 2.30 p.m. Tho House adjourned after the delivery of the Governor’s Speech, and resumed at 3.10 p.m. LEAVE OF ABSENCE. A message was received from tho Governor notifying that leave oi absence had been granted to the : [on Francis Arkwright for the session. NEW MEMBERS. Messages from tuc Governor were read, not ifying the summoning ns r-lim-bers of the Hons A. .1. Cadman, Col .mel Pitt, J. E. Jcnkiiison and John .! m'. The three last-named members were introduced by the Minister of Educa'icn, and the. Hon W. ,Vl. Bolt, and took the oath and their scats. SESSIONAL CO..' PEES. The MINISTER of EDUCAT ON (Hon W. C.
