MURDERS OF MISSIONARIES
T.ANNA, NEW HEBRIDES. H.M.S. WALLAROO TO R, TURN. (Received October 4, 0.35 u.m.) SYDNEY,’ Tuesday. In consequence of reports .of a disturbance at '.Tamm, jn the New Hebrides, received by H.M.S. Wallaroo, that warship has been ordered to return to the group from Noumea AUCKLAND, Tuesday. The 'Auckland Presbytery instinctod its clerk at a meeting to-night to write a letter of sympathy and condolence to the widow or friends of the deceased missionary at Tamia, and also one to uioso of native teachers who may have fallen.
