„A SINISTER ORDER..
(Received August 23, 11 p.m.) PARIS, Wednesday. Further information has come to ha.id with reference to the shooting of the two French officers, Colonel Klobb and Lieutenant Meunier, who were journeying tc assume command of a column in the French Soudan, which was under Captains Voulet and Chanoine. It is now stated that Captain Voulet gave the order to fire after consultation with his companions, and after sending a written warning to Colonel Klobb.
