OUTLANDERS’ APPEAL TO COLONIAL MAYORS. ADELAIDE, Tuesday. The Mayor has received a letter from the Imperial South African Association asking him to co-operate with the Mayor of Sydney in arranging for pnblic meetings to ventilate the grievances of the Transvaal outlanders.
