A FURTHER OUTBBEAK. Received February 28,1.15 a.tn. London, Monday. _ News is to hand -that the bubonic plague has brokeu out at Jeddah. [Jeddah is au Arabian seaport town situated on the Red Sea, 65 miles west of Mecca. ‘lt is a very unhealthy town.]
