GENERAL GOMEZ’S MISSION TO WASHINGTON. Received February 28, 1.15 a.m. Havana, Monday. General Gomez, the Cuban leader, has gone to Washington to seek a guarantee for the lians of Cuba, and for a shortened occupation of the island by the Americans.
