The adoption of this course will give local investors an equal opportunity with those in the Old Country. A sum of £1,080,000 is to bo utilised for conversion purposes and the balance for public works. Received January 20, 12 25 a.m. London, January 25. The South Australian loan has been favourably received, and is now quoted at from a half to one per cent, premium. Payment of the first half year’s interest has been fixed for July Ist.
