EMPEROR WILLIAM’S RETURN.
PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received December 9, 1 a.m. Berlin, December 2. The Emperor made a State entry into the city to-day, and was accorded an ovation. In reply to the Burgomaster, he assured him that his travels had shown him that German renown was everywhere respected and esteemed. Ho hoped he had promoted German trade, and the peace of nations. ■ .
